Due to the increasing number of experiments using the 1 T electromagnet, it has become necessary to prepare 1 T electromagnets for each beamline. To solve these issues, we have developed a new 1 T electromagnet system for BL15. The new system includes a dedicated bipolar power supply with interlock system for safety, attachment for a 4K refrigerator, and a plate to remove background signals of scattered neutrons. Furthermore, we have developed a sample exchange equipment for the 4K refrigerator that enables us to change samples without a crane operation of MLF, and an automatic sample exchanger that can automatically and continuously perform measurement up to seven samples which make user experiments more efficient. We plan to improve the system to use a combination with a laser heating furnace in the
