大強度陽子加速器施設（J-PARC）の物質・生命科学実験施設（MLF）の利用約款では、「成果公開利用による実験を実施した場合は、課題を終えた期の終了後60日以内に実験報告書を提出しなければならない」とされており、「提出された実験報告書を当該提出期限から6か月後に公開するものとする」と定められている。我々は、情報収集体制やシステムを構築することにより、実験報告書を定期的にMLF Webサイト（通称Meet@MLF）で迅速かつ正確に公開できる環境を整備した。 |

According to the User Agreement for the Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) at the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC), "When PI (Principal Investigator) conducts non-proprietary use, PI is required to submit an Experimental Report within 60 days after the end of the proposal term of the experiment." It is also stipulated that "These reports will be open to public." We have established a process that we can quickly and accurately publish experimental reports regularly on the MLF website (commonly known as Meet@MLF) by building a data collection system and structure. |
